He also wants permission to lop off a piece of land at 160 Bigelow and add it to said Gerrish Street property.<\/p>\n<p>Let&#8217;s not forget this, <a href=\"http:\/\/abnewsflash.com\/?p=647\" title=\"ABN: Charing Cross\" target=\"_blank\">the oddly named Charing Cross development<\/a> at 1501 Commonwealth Avenue.
